Steps

In order to proceed, make sure that your device is unlocked and that you're on the home screen

Once you are on the home screen, hold the home button for one second

That will pop up Task Manager, where you can view all of the various applications that are currently being used on the device.

You can open Task Manager via tapping on the "Task Manager" icon below

You will see all of the applications that are active. On the left hand panel, you will see "Active applications", "Downloaded applications", "RAM manager", and "Storage".

You will see how much space you have currently available and what is used.

You will be able to clear your RAM history and clear the memory. Clearing the memory will free up space in order for more applications to be used.

If you want to clear the memory, simple tap on "Clear Memory"

You will see how many applications will be closed at the time. You will see that your memory bar has gone down, and there is more space available for more applications to be used and accessed.

Let us go back to the home screen by tapping once on the home button

Then, hold down the home button to view the applications that are being used
.

To close all of the applications simply tap on "Close All"
.
All of the current applications that are being used on the device will be closed.
