Being a smartphone, and considered to be one of the best mobile device in 2014, Samsung Galaxy Note3 is used for emails, surfing, games and applications, video streaming and any other personal and business activity. For this purpose, Samsung has added a feature on the Galaxy Note3 called Scrapbook that allows you to take note of website links, do screenshots for a website, application, or a video streaming site such as YouTube while using your device. These screenshot and creative note-taking can be saved and group into any category of your choice so you can have access to these site again at a later date.

Questions and Answers
Can't find the scrapbook app on my Galaxy Note3?
I've looked in the apps section of the phone, but didn't see it.
You can follow these steps to access Scrapbook on your Samsung Galaxy Note III:
- 1Press the 'Home' button to get to your home screen.
- 2Press the 'Apps' icon on the bottom right of your screen.
- 3Look for the 'Scrapbook' app icon.
- 4Tap the icon, and you should be able to start it.
If you are unable to access Scrapbook using these steps, then you will need to contact your carrier. This is because some carriers and plans do not support the Scrapbook function.
The issue of tags wasn't addressed. I want to be able to view only the tags in the category I opened, not all of the tags. Since I can't just view tags from just one category, then I'm not understanding the purpose of tags?
I have a recipe category. I was using the tags to differentiate between types of recipes i.e. soups, casseroles etc. But when I open tags, it's just a jumble of tags from all categories. I don't even have the option to organize the tags. Like at least in alphabetical form or something. And since I can't do any of the aforementioned things I wanted to do, I guess I'm just not understanding the function the tags serve.
