Questions and Answers
Is there a way to add in other exercises?
Besides walking, running, etc. that the app offers as exercise, is there another way to add in other exercises done such as zumba or the elliptical?
Unfortunately, the latest update (4th of May 2015) removed that feature, and everyone is having trouble with S Health right now. You can try to update the application and see if the functionality has been restored.
Otherwise, you will be able to reset S Health to its original version if the carrier has pre-installed the application.
Resetting will be accessible via tapping

- "Settings",
- "Applications",
- "Application manager",
- "All",
- "S Health", and then

There's only running, walking, hiking, biking in the list but there is no zumba which I always do, how or where do I categorize it under?
If you have updated your S Health recently, then you cannot add Zumba exercises. Maybe there will be the next update with the fix for that. For the time being, you can use another application like MyFitnessPal.
If you are adamant on staying with S Health, then try to uninstall S Health updates.
- Tap "Apps",
- Tap "Settings",
- Tap "Applications",
- Tap "Application manager", and
- Tap "All".
- Locate and tap "S Health".
- Tap the "Uninstall updates" button if it is available.
Be wary that it may reset your progress.
Other methods such as installing APK files with older versions of S Health will make you lose progress.
