Use Sampler Modes on Pioneer DDJ SX2

Edited by Djinu, Alexander Avdeev, Eng

You're watching VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how to use the sampler on the Pioneer DDJ SX2. The sampler just stores short little clips that we can play throughout your DJ set. They don't have to be short, but it is more effective if they are short.

    There are two sampler modes
    .
    • The blue sampler mode. This is going to play anything at maximum volume when we press it.
    • The velocity sampler mode. We press the "SHIFT" and "SAMPLER" keys. The sampler buttons will turn purple. Now, the sampler will play at the volume based on how hard we press the key.
