    To start with, let's make sure "Handoff" is enabled on both devices
    .
    Open the "Settings" menu, and go to "General" on the Mac, which in this demonstration is shown on the left-hand side of the screen.

    Make sure the box that says "Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices" is checked
    .
    Again, that should be enabled.

    Close that menu by clicking on the red circle in the upper left-hand corner
