Before using Google Maps, we must note that we need to turn on the location services so Google may track our current whereabouts

To turn on the location services, we must swipe down from the top of our home screen. We will activate the notifications panel.

In the top right-hand corner, we need to tap a gear-shaped icon

The icon stands for settings. We will activate the settings.

In the settings, we must tap "Connections"

We will access the "Connections" menu in order to find different connection networks.

We tap the "Location" toggle if the location services are turned off

The toggle must turn green. "Location" will be currently on.

We press the home button once to go back to the home screen

We will find the Google Maps application in the applications folder

We swipe left and right through different applications until we find Google Maps

Let us search for a location

To see the distance that we would have to travel, we tap the walk icon above the location that we have chosen

To choose a starting point, we can either enter a starting point or choose our current location

Let's tap "Your location". Google Maps will measure the distance between our location and the destination. In this video, it will take 29 days and 7 hours to walk from Tbilisi, Georgia to Paris, France. We will be given directions on what we must do to reach our destination.
