    At the bottom, we have the timeline, which shows the video clips together

    Come down to "Blur"

    Then we can move over to "Blur" or "Blur More" in the sub-menu.

    Let's go through "Blur" first

    "Blur" is very subtle, although we can see it's added in the "Layers" panel on the right-hand side
    .
    It doesn't allow us to really change anything. It just sort of generally blurs the image. It will take the colors from each part of the image, and then combine or sort of blur out any strange colors in each area.

    We can see that "Blur More" is quite significant compared to "Blur"

    It's generally about 3 or 4 times stronger.
