You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to upload sounds from the gallery in the Dubsmash application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, we should unlock the phone by pressing the Lock button on the side.
Alternatively, we can press the Home button at the bottom.
We enter our passcode or use our fingerprint scanner.
We need to find and tap the Dubsmash icon. The icon is white. We tap it once to open up the application. The application will automatically take us to the page where we can start browsing different sounds.
We need to tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
We tap "Add Sound", which is the middle option.
We tap "Add from gallery", which is the red bar. We need access to our photos and videos.
We are going to tap "Cancel".
We press the Home button.
We also need to find and tap the "Settings" icon. The icon is grey, and it has a cog.
We scroll down to the applications until we find where "Dubsmash" is. It will be towards the top, because the list in the alphabetical order.
We should enable access to our photos, so we just tap the toggle on the right-hand side of "Photos". The toggle will go green.
We can tap the "Photos" toggle again, the access will be disabled.
We need the toggle enabled for now, so we tap it again.
We press our Home button once.
We tap the Dubsmash icon to go back to the application.
We tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
We tap "Add from gallery".
We can choose a sound from a video, whichever sound it is that we need.
Then, we tap "Choose". The sound from the particular video will be taken.
We can add the sound by just moving the two bars as well if that is what for what we are looking.
What we can do once we are happy with the sound selection is we can tap "Next" in the top-right corner.
Alternatively, we can tap "Next" in the blue bar at the bottom.
Now, we should add three tags by typing them and tapping "return" each time.
Let's type "sound", tap "return", type "test", tap "return", type "noise", and tap "return". We can type whatever is related to the uploaded sound. We can add more than three tags. In our example, three are enough for the moment.
We tap "Next" to proceed.
We should give our sound a name. Let's type "test" for now. The text will appear in the upper section.
We should select the language by scrolling through the list. In this example, the language will be English, because Dubsmash has been entered in the English language. This is the language with which Dubsmhash is coming up. So, English will be selected automatically as well as it will be added to the settings.
We tap "Finish" in the top-right corner to go and finish our upload. The sound will appear in the uploaded sounds. We can tap it to listen to it.
We can go back by tapping "Back".
We tap "Trending" to get back to the screen where we started.
