   To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the top right-hand-side power button

   Swipe upwards one time to get to the home screen

   Find the Pinterest icon on the home screen

   It's a red circle with a white letter "P" inside of it.

   If it's not on the home screen, access the application through the Apps menu

   We will open Pinterest by tapping on its icon directly on the home screen

   Now we are looking at our Pinterest feed. Let's open our profile and information.

   Across the top, in the white bar, find the little gray icon of a person on the far right-hand side

   Tap this icon to view our own information, including our current profile photo, which is just to the left of the name.

   A larger version of the photo will load in a white box. Below the photo, we see the words "Update profile picture".

   Tap "Update profile picture"

   A pop-up menu will appear. We can either "Take a new photo" or select "From your device's gallery". We can also "Choose profile picture", which would switch to one already set up in Pinterest. Let's choose from our gallery.

    Tap an album

    This is where we will look for a profile photo. We will tap "Instagram".
