At one point, this character was only available when you pre-ordered the game, but now has been made available to all to players. This character is only available for multiplayer use, and not to actually available for the main game. It's actually a pretty cool character to play with during your multiplayer online mode. The instructions will for both PS3 and Xbox 360, as the instructions differ with each gaming system.
