Perform a factory reset on Android Device

I am unable to understand the booting options?

Hi! I'm unable to do a hard reset as options are in Chinese. I have tried: well, as stated at the Web link, I pressed down the volume with the power buttons. I think it was caused by: I have no idea. System has crashed.

If you boot up into the recovery mode, you may see an option that looks like the 7th one in the picture below. Choose it to hard-reset your smartphone.

If you do not see any of these option, then either try another key combination from the tutorial to find the recovery mode or use this online translation tool where you can click the pen icon at the top and draw your hieroglyphs to get approximate translation.

I got stuck at "SIM and some (3) Chinese characters"?

I was about to reset my phone when I got surprised when the menus are all in Chinese so I randomly pushed the volume button and other buttons to get out of the Chinese menu but I got stuck at "SIM and some (3) Chinese characters" and now my phone froze for about 4 hours! Please help me!
