Hello sir. I'm having a bit of a trouble here, I recently just dropped my Samsung Galaxy Note3, and the screen had cracked slightly but it will not allow me to open my phone, There is NOT a pass-code to enter the phone.

I want to sync custom files and folders too?

Using Kies, I can sync calendar, tasks and media. however this does not cover user files and folders that I may want to keep synced. can you help?
