To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right-hand side of the phone

Once the phone is activated, swipe the lock screen up to open the home screen

On the home screen, find the Viber tile

It has a purple background, and in the middle there is the Viber logo, which is white speech bubble with a white phone inside. If the Viber tile has not been pinned to the home screen, swipe left to find it in the Apps menu.

Once Viber has been located, press down on it to enter the application

First, swipe across the screen to get to the "chats" section

Tap on an active chat to open it
