Steps

    To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the top of the phone
    .
    Once the phone has been activated, we will see the lock screen.

    To unlock the phone, swipe the screen upwards
    .
    Once the phone has been unlocked, we will see the home screen and multiple icons at the bottom. It is one of these icons that we will access to open up the applications folder.

    Tap the icon that looks like a grid of white dots, that is located at the bottom of the screen in the middle to open the applications folder

    Find the Twitter application, and tap on it once to open the application
    .
    The Twitter application has a blue background with a white bird on it, with the word "Twitter" underneath it. Your Twitter application may be in a different position in this folder, therefore you will need to find it.

    First tap on the three vertical white dots icon located in the top-right corner of the screen

    Tap on "Settings", which is the final option in the list

    Tap on your username, which is the second option on the list

    In this example, it's showing our username "@visihowl", but on your phone it will be showing your username.

    Tap on the box to the right of "Show me sensitive media" to add or remove a check mark, indicating that the option has been enabled or disabled
    .
    If the box is empty, it means that if there is any sensitive media we will not see it. If however we want to see sensitive media, we will tap on the box until it is blue and there is a check mark inside of it.
