Turn on and off Twitter Sound Effects on HTC One M8

Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to turn on and turn off Twitter sound effects using the Twitter application on the HTC One M8.
Steps
1
To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the top of the phone

Once the phone has been activated, we will see the lock screen.

To unlock the phone, swipe the screen upwards

Once the phone has been unlocked, we will see the home screen and multiple icons at the bottom. It is one of these icons that we will access to open up the applications folder.

Tap the icon that looks like a grid of white dots, that is located at the bottom of the screen in the middle to open the applications folder

Find the Twitter application, and tap on it once to open the application

The Twitter application has a blue background with a white bird on it, with the word "Twitter" underneath it. Your Twitter application may be in a different position in this folder, therefore you will need to find it.

First tap on the three vertical white dots icon located in the top-right corner of the screen

Tap on "Settings", which is the final option in the list

Tap on "General", which is the first option in the list
.

Tap on the box to the right of "Sound effects", which is the first option
.
This will turn the box blue and either add or remove a check mark depending on if the option is enabled or disabled. To disable the option, tap on the box to remove the check mark and make the box white.
