My problem stems from an unintentional pattern that locks my phone up and I could not get to the screen where I need to enter my pin. My situation is different because I didn't establish a Samsung account using the phone before it accidentally locked. I have tried: I have talked to my carrier, Samsung, Google device manager and like a ping pong ball, I get transferred and referred back and forth to no avail. I think it was caused by: I truly do not know what exactly caused this problem
If you can't use Samsung or Google then you will have to factory reset your device. If you are trying to use your Google Account and it is not working, then log into Google from the PC and go to Security. Make sure that you do not have 2 step verification enabled. This is the only way you can get into your phone because you never created and synced a Samsung account on the device.
