We want the option named "Pull-to-refresh sounds. Play sounds when refreshing feeds and content". The refresh functions update the content of a feed. When we press down, or pull down on the screen, it will update the feed. It'll make a rattle noise. This is the sound that we'll be editing. As we can see, this option is turned on. It has the white check inside of the green square.

If we want to turn this option off, press down on the box until the check disappears, and the box turns white. We can turn this option off, because it is an unnecessary option and takes up battery. The default setting is set to activated, but it isn't essential. We'll see, with our own eyes, if something needs refreshing or not.
