    In order to turn on your iPad Air 2, you will need to locate the power button
    If the iPad is in the landscape mode, or positioned horizontally, then the fingerprint sensor will be on the right side in the middle of the device. The front-facing camera will be on the left side. Above the camera on the left side, you will find the power button.

    If your iPad is in the portrait mode, which means that there is a greater distance from the bottom to the top, then the front-facing camera will be in the middle at the top
    To the right of the camera, there will be the power button. There are the volume buttons on the right side.

    In order to turn on the iPad, press and hold the power button
    Once the power button has been pressed and held, an Apple will appear on the screen and the screen will light up. The screen will be brighter as the OS loads. Once the screen becomes fully bright, the tablet screen will dim again. Then, you'll be taken to the lock screen. You can unlock your iPad to begin using it normally.
