   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button on the right-hand side of the phone

   Find the Podcasts tile on the home screen

   The icon is a white microphone with a blue background. If you don't have the Podcasts tile pinned to your home screen, swipe left and find it in the 'Apps' menu. Once it has been located, press down on the Podcasts tile. This will open the application.

   To turn the option on, swipe the switch from left to right

   .

   The first option says 'Only download over WiFi or unlimited data plan'. This means that if it's turned off, it can download podcasts at any time. This may not be good because we might not be in control of the downloads. For example, if a podcast starts downloading and you are about to go over your data limit, you may not be able to stop it in time. Turning this option on allows you to have more control over your downloads. Podcasts will only download over WiFi if it knows you have an unlimited data plan. When the box is filled with blue we know it's on.

Hi can you explain again about the procedure for the switching off podcasts and downloads, I need to download a podcast from BBC radio but my phone says it doesn't support or something, can you show me again clearly in step by step please thanks. I have a Microsoft Lumia 535. I have tried: I contacted O2 before and they forwarded me to this site, I've tried going on my apps, that just showed me a list of the apps I can download, so I went to the phone home page, couldn't find the link I wanted so I came back to this page. I think it was caused by: The problem is I don't know where the podcasts and WiFi switch on and off system is, can you help please
