Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how to turn on or off the option to always be prompted before calling external links when using the Skype application on a Microsoft Lumia 535.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the 'Power' button located on the right-hand side of the phone

   Once the phone is activated, you'll see the lock screen

   We can see it's turned on. It says the word 'On' and it has a blue bar. If it's full with blue, it means it's on, and if it's not, then it means it's turned off. We may want to be asked before calling external links if we press a button by mistake. It's not going to automatically allow us to connect or to call an external link. This will save us money, and will hopefully save us some problems as well. If we have this turned off and we press a button by mistake, it's possible that we will call an expensive number, or it will take us somewhere that we don't want to go. By turning this option on, we will always be asked if you want to call an external link.
