   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on top of the phone

   Once the phone has been activated we will see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, swipe the screen up

   Once the phone has been unlocked we will see the home screen, and at the bottom we will see 5 icons. We now need to open the application folder.

   We can do that by tapping the icon in the middle, at the bottom of the screen

   There is a grid of white dots. This is the icon for the applications folder.

   Now that the folder has been opened, we need to find and tap the Viber application

   There is a Viber icon, which is a purple speech bubble with a white telephone inside, and underneath it says the word "Viber". Your application may be in a different location, so look for the icon in your folder. Now we need to find the settings menu.

   To do that, we need to tap the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen

   This means that when we send a message, it's going to make a sound. It is currently activated, indicated by the turquoise circle with a white check mark. If we want to deactivate it so that we don't hear a sound when we send a message, we can do that by tapping on the circle until it is empty. This means the option is deactivated.
