We want the last option, "Press enter to send"
    .
Underneath it says, "The send button will be used to send a message". It is currently deactivated because the circle is empty. When we press the enter button, it will just create a new line instead of sending. We can use enter to send a message by tapping on the circle until it is turquoise and has a white check mark inside. This means the option is activated. Every time we press enter, it will send the message.

If we don't want to use this function, then press down on the circle until it's empty
    .
