Hello and welcome to VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to turn on and off the option to auto download media over a mobile network in Viber on an HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on top of the phone

   Once the phone has been activated we will see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, swipe the screen up

   Once the phone has been unlocked we will see the home screen, and at the bottom we will see 5 icons. We now need to open the application folder.

   We can do that by tapping the icon in the middle, at the bottom of the screen

   There is a grid of white dots. This is the icon for the applications folder.

   Now that the folder has been opened, we need to find and tap the Viber application

   There is a Viber icon, which is a purple speech bubble with a white telephone inside, and underneath it says the word "Viber". Your application may be in a different location, so look for the icon in your folder. Now we need to find the settings menu.

   To do that, we need to tap the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen

   We want the first option, "Auto download media over mobile network"

   Underneath it says, "Allow automatic download of photos and videos over mobile networks". It is currently deactivated because the circle is empty. That's because it can be expensive to download photos or media over mobile networks. For our protection, this option is deactivated. If we have a network plan and we want to activate it to auto download media over our mobile networks, we can do that by tapping on the circle until it is turquoise and has a white check mark inside. This means the option is activated.

   If we don't want to auto download media over mobile networks, then press down on the circle until it's empty
