From your unlocked home screen, tap on the gear-shaped "Settings" icon

When the settings menu opens, tap on "Cellular"

"Cellular" should be located near the top of the menu.

In "Cellular", the third option from the top is "Data Roaming"

"Data Roaming" is currently set to "Off", which you can see by the grey switch on the right side of the screen.

To turn on this function, slide the switch to the right

When it is turned on, the switch has a green highlight.

To turn "Data Roaming" back off, return to this screen and slide the switch to the left
