Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today I will show you how to turn on or off auto-titling for new notes in Evernote on the LG L70.
Steps
1
To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the top right-hand side Power button and swiping up one time to get to the home screen
.
2
We do have Evernote on the home screen
.
It's a green icon with an elephant inside of it. If we do not have it, we can access the application through the apps menu. That icon is a gray box with a set of white squares inside of it.
3
For now we will open Evernote by tapping on the icon directly from the home screen
.
Here we will see all of our notes.
4
To turn on or off auto-titling for new notes, we need to do that in our settings
.
To get to settings, tap the top three dots that look like a bulleted list on the right-hand side of the screen in the green bar. A pop-up menu will appear upon tapping.
5
At the very bottom of this menu is "Settings"
.
Tap "Settings" one time.
6
From here, scroll down a little bit until we get to "Notes"
.
"Notes" is right next to the icon of the small page. Tap on "Notes" to open up the Notes settings.
7
It says Auto-title new notes at the bottom
.
What auto-titling does is it automatically titles notes with a location and calendar event if it is available. Turn that on by placing a check mark in the box by tapping on it.
8
To turn auto-titling off, tap on the check marked box
.
9
To close the program, press the bottom center button one time to go back to the home screen
.
10
This concludes today's tutorial on how to turn on or off auto-titling for new notes on Evernote on an LG L70
.
