Hello, and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today, I will show you how to turn on and off notifications in TripAdvisor, on an LG L70.

   To begin, we will unlock our phone by pressing the Power button

   .

   This button is located near the top, on the right-hand side of the device.

   We will then press down on the screen, and swipe upwards

   This is going to bring us to the Home screen, where we will need to locate and tap on the TripAdvisor icon

   This icon features a green box, with an owl inside of it.

   If we do not have this application on our Home screen, we may access TripAdvisor through our Apps folder

   This folder is represented by an icon featuring a gray square, with a grid of white squares inside of it. For now, we are going to open up TripAdvisor directly from the Home screen.

   From here, we need to scroll all the way through the menu until we reach the bottom

   The very last option will be labeled "Settings", with a gray, cog icon to the left of it.

   We are going to tap on "Settings" one time, this will bring us to the Settings menu

   The first and only section in this menu will be labeled "Preferences". We can see the third item on the list will be labeled "Notifications".

   We are now going to tap on "Notifications" one time, this will take us to a new menu labeled "Notifications"

   We can see that we have notifications set up for all three options. If we would like to remove a notification, we can tap in the box with a blue checkmark inside of it, located to the right of every option.

   We are now going to tap on the box to the right of the every option, this will remove the checkmark and turn the notifications off

   If we would like to reactivate these notifications, we can simply tap on the empty box to the right of each option one time

   This will place a blue checkmark inside of the box, indicating that it is now turned on.

    When we are finished, we will tap "DONE" one time

    This option is located in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.

    We will now go back, by pressing the arrow in the top, left-hand corner of the screen

    We can now close TripAdvisor and return to the Home screen, by pressing the Home button one time
