We are looking for the first option that says, "Navigation error suggestions: Show suggestions when a web address does not resolve, or a connection cannot be made." We can see that this option is currently activated, as the box is blue with a white check inside. When there are navigation errors, the web address doesn't not resolve, or a connection cannot be made, then suggestions will be shown to us.
