Samsung Galaxy phones with newer operating systems support handwriting mode. Handwriting mode allows you to compose messages by using a stylus or your finger to write on the screen instead of the common way of typing or tapping. As cool as it sounds, it actually makes message composing longer for some people. This is the reason why this feature is not known by normal users until they accidentally get to handwriting mode and not knowing how to get out of it. If you are one of those people who are having a hard time going back to the normal touch-and-type keyboard, then this article would be a great help to you.

Hi, I want to know if I can download and install Samsung Grand keyboard into Samsung Tab2? because of its hand write recognition?

Hand write recognition in Samsung Galaxy default keyboard.

Samsung's tablets already have handwriting recognition built in with their stock keyboard. To enable this on your Tab 2, activate the keyboard as if you were about to type a message. Tap the keyboard symbol at the bottom to set up input methods. From within that menu, the "T" symbol is there for handwriting recognition mode.

Hello, had handwriting scrolling keyboard for messages on Samsung 2 but can't find it on Samsung 5?

OK, I've been on to the store, but I managed to find the facility myself. Don't know how but I've now got the handwriting... Should come as standard as it takes five seconds for what would normally take 5 minutes in tapping letters on the screen.

Uninstall the Google Handwriting app. Then go into Google Play or the Samsung Store and install the stock keyboard again. If you do install the Google Handwriting App again, when the permissions screen comes up you will want to configure it so it does not take over your keyboard system on the Samsung J1.
