Steps

In order to disable "Airplane mode" on your Galaxy Tab, you're going to have the Tab unlocked

It should be also on the home screen or any other screen where you can access the notifications panel.

It will open the notifications panel.

Move over the "Quick Access icons" by swiping your finger

You will notice that you have a green airplane

In order to turn off "Airplane mode", tap this icon once. This will disable "Airplane mode".

Now, turn on "Airplane mode" by tapping on the airplane icon once

You can do it by tapping on any place on the screen around the notifications panel. You can also press the home button. You can also access "Airplane mode" through the "Settings" menu

The easiest way to get to the "Settings" menu is to swipe down of the device

This opens the notifications panel once more.

You look for the gear-shaped icon

Tap once on the gear-shaped icon. It will take you to "Settings".

Then, on the left side of the window, you can go to "Airplane mode"

This is the third option. Tap on it once.

Now, to turn off or disable "Airplane mode", tap once on the green button

"Airplane mode" is turned off as it is indicated by "Off".

You may then press the home button to go back to your home screen and resume device usage normally
