Questions and Answers
Hi, I have the Sony Xperia E. Data limit won't work.
I'm trying to get the mobile data to work. Mobile data is on. Set mobile data limit is on. I've chosen the date cycle and it still won't work. If you could help me it would be very much appreciated. I have 2g of data limit that I cannot use. What would you recommend I do?
Instead of performing a manual setting of your data limit, just ask your service provider to do it for you. You are more likely not able to do it because your service provider is the only one authorized to do so and they have made it impossible for customers doing it themselves. Having your service provider set the limits for you will also be more reliable.
