- 10We can change the time; we can change the frequency. But a few minutes later, or sometime later, it's going to give us a reminder that we've received a message or any notification. A phone call, a WhatsApp message, a Facebook message, anything that we receive notifications from, this function allows the HTC One M8 to give us a reminder that we have notifications waiting for us. Currently, it's turned off. We can see it says the word "Off" here under "Notification reminder" and here in this icon, it's grey, and it says the word "OFF."It says "Notification reminder." What this function does, for example, is if we receive a message and we do not hear it, then it is going to give us a reminder, maybe five minutes later.

Questions and Answers
How to turn off the Notification REMINDER in the Accessibility Section in Settings?
I found the area where it says "Notification Reminder" and it says "On'. Everyone says to tap it and it will turn off the reminders and the "On" will change to "No". Problem is when I tap where it says Notification Reminder it goes to another screen where you can turn on or off notifications for each individual app. There is also a section where it says "Reminder Interval" and tapping on that gives you choices of 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10, and 15. But it does not give the option to turn the reminders off. I don't want to silence or turn on "Do Not Disturb. I WANT the original notification of whatever (text, email, calendar, etc) but I don't want to be constantly reminded if I don't respond.
