Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to turn on and off image previews using the Twitter application on the HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the top of the phone

   Once the phone has been activated, we will see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, swipe the screen upwards

   Once the phone has been unlocked, we will see the home screen and multiple icons at the bottom. It is one of these icons that we will access to open up the applications folder.

   Tap the icon that looks like a grid of white dots, that is located at the bottom of the screen in the middle to open the applications folder

   Find the Twitter application, and tap on it once to open the application

   .

   The Twitter application has a blue background with a white bird on it, with the word "Twitter" underneath it. Your Twitter application may be in a different position in this folder, therefore you will need to find it.

   To access the settings menu, we first need to tap on the three horizontal dots icon in the top-right corner of the screen

   Now, we will tap on "Settings", which is the bottom option

   In the settings menu, we will tap on "General", which is the first option

   We can see that the option is activated when the box is blue with a white check mark inside of it. If we don't need to see image previews, tap the box to remove the check mark and deactivate the option.
