Hello and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how to tag people in tweets or direct tweets to people in Twitter on an HTC One M8.

To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the Power button located on the top of the phone

Once the phone has been activated, we will see the lock screen

To unlock the phone, swipe the screen upwards

Pressing down on that icon will allow us to type a new tweet

In order to tag people or direct our tweets to certain people, we can use the @ symbol.

Press the smiley face at the bottom left corner of the keyboard to bring up the icons

Press down on it to have it appear in our tweet, and this is how we direct tweets to people or tag people in our tweets

After adding the "@" symbol, we need to write the name of the contact or account that we want to tag or direct our tweet to
.
For this example, we will type in "hjbuell". Now, when we send this tweet, it is going to be directed to him. He is going to receive it and know that he's been tagged in the tweet. Then he will be able to reply to it or whatever he wants to do. We can say, "@hjbuell", and then we'll type in a message directed to him.
