   At the top of the home screen, locate the black section with the white text

   This is the AccuWeather weather widget. In this video, the city is Tbilisi, Georgia. To the right of the city name, there is a small green arrow.

   Tap on the green arrow one time

   Weather will change the city and all of the information to the other city that you've added to the Weather widget. In this video, the other city is Baku, Azerbaijan.

   If you want to open AccuWeather, you can tap anywhere else on the black area

   This will bring you to the full site, where you can interact further with the application.
