Things You Should Google, Download And Make Sure You Have Ready On Your Laptop
- 1HSPL4.zip
- 2Radio Leo_2.15.50.14

- 8AndroPlus ROM - (Comes equipped with Arabic Language), also called as Andro Plus (with a space in between)
CAUTION
Install HardSPL4 Over ActiveSync Via USB Cable
- 1Extract above Downloaded HSPL4.zip to an empty folder.
- Turn off the mobile, press and hold VOLUME DOWN.
- While keeping it pressed, also press and hold the POWER button. Keep pressing for about 3-5 seconds, and the tri-color screen should appear.
- Make sure that the screen shows that SPL/HardSPL is installed.
Make Sure You have Radio 2.15.
If you do not, then please complete the following steps:
- 1Rename the extracted file to RUU_Signed.nbh.
- 2Sync your mobile with the Laptop / PC.
- 3Run CustomRUU.exe from the Radio's Folder and follow the instructions.
Install MAGLDG 1.13
Only complete this step after both HSPL2.08 and Radio 2.15 have been installed on your HD2.
- 1Make sure ActiveSync is active on your Laptop/PC. Simply connect it to your Laptop/PC using a USB cable. If for any reason you cannot get Activesync to run and find your mobile, simply put it into Bootloader mode following the above instructions.Your HD2 is running WM.
- 2In "Bootloader" mode, wait for the drivers to be installed automatically - this is the first time you're connecting your mobile to the Laptop/PC. Before connecting a word "Serial" is shown in the white area of the screen. After connection it should change to "USB".Connect your mobile to your Laptop/PC using a USB cable.
- 3Browse to the folder where you extracted MAGLDR 1.13 in your Laptop/PC and run ROMUpdateUtility.
- 4Tick the checkbox and click "NEXT".
- 5"MAGLDR" installation will start and your mobile will start showing the progress, which should take few seconds. And your mobile will reboot after the installation is finished.Click "Update" and click "NEXT" for the next two screens.
ClockworkMod
Finally, you need the ClockworkMod - referred to as "Clockwork" or "CWM".
- 1Turn it ON by pressing the Power key until you see the MAGLDR options list. Put it into USB Flasher mode.Boot your HD2 into MAGLDR by turning your mobile off.
- 2Connect the HD2 to your Laptop/PC using a USB cable.
- 3250MB Recovery is used for most ROMs including ones ported from HTC devices. While 400MB is used for large ROMs, specifically the ones ported from HTC Desire HD.Extract the contents of the downloaded Recovery "ClockworkMod" zip file to your Laptop/PC.
- 4From the extracted files, run "DAF.exe".
- 5Follow instructions shown on the monitor to install "ClockworkMod" recovery.
- 6Your mobile will reboot automatically after installation is done.
- 7Exit the installation program.
Preparing and Formatting Your SD card
- 1Extract the "sdfmt3_1.zip", and format your SD card using SD Formatter.
- Go to Options and make sure to set "Format Size Adjustment" to ON.
- Boot into MAGLDR, then go to AD Recovery. This will launch "Clockwork Boot".
- Go to Advanced, then to, Partition SD card.
- Follow the instructions to format as follows
- FAT32 ----------- Ext X ---------- SWAP
- (XXXX MB)-(512-1024 MB)-(128-256 MB)
- I used 1024MB for Ext X and 256MB for Swap
Install The Android ROM to Your SD
- 1I used AndroPlus with Arabic.Copy the ROM Zip file into Fat32 section of the SD card, and Rename it to "Update.zip".

- 5First boot takes approximately 5-7 minutes, (If the initial boot took more than 8 minutes, a mistake have been made, and the process must be commenced again).
Tips Tricks & Warnings
- Run HSPL3_PKG.exe if your install of MAGLDG 1.13 is not running, and you keep getting a connection error.

- While you're mobile is off, turn it ON by keep pressing the Power key until you see the MAGLDR options list.
How to Perform a Hard Reset
FIRST - BACK UP ALL THE DATA YOU WANT SAVED!!!" Please be informed that Hard Resetting will wipe out and delete ALL your personal data and settings and restores your mobile to factory default. Basically, your phone goes back to what it was the first time you turned it on after purchasing.

- On the Home screen, slide to the "Settings" tab and then tap Menu > All Settings.
- On the System tab, tap "Clear Storage".
- Enter "1234" and then tap "YES".
