To speed up building the stables, tap on the stables icon once

Three icons will appear below the stables.

Tap on the icon on the far right that has two arrows and reads "Speed Up" below it

A window will open in which you can scroll through the list

If you have more than the three options that appear on the screen, you can tap on the arrows on either side to navigate. At the top, there are 10 minutes and 18 seconds remaining in the building process.

You can tap on both of the "5-Min Building Speed Up" items

However, knowing that there is a free upgrade on anything with 0-6 minutes, you can tap on the "-" symbol

It is to the left of the slider. Select to use only one.

When you've made your choice, tap on the "Use" button at the bottom of the screen

Then, tap anywhere outside of this window to go back

There is an option to tap on "Free", since using one of the "5-Min Building Speed Up" gave me only 5 minutes remaining on the building process.

You can then repeat this process with another item

You may see another "5-Minute Speedup" icon, but if you are working with a building, it's recommended to make sure that you use "5-Min Building Speed Up".
