Hi, you're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to sort your search results in the TripAdvisor app on the iPhone 6.
Press the Home button at the bottom of the phone to turn the screen on and display the lock screen. Alternatively, press the lock button on the right side of the phone.
Swipe from left to right and enter the passcode or, if the option is enabled, press a finger on the Home button to unlock the phone and display the Home screen.
Tap the TripAdvisor icon to open the TripAdvisor application. The TripAdvisor icon is an owl's face, looking through binoculars, on a green background. The app will open to the TripAdvisor main menu.
Here you can search using the search bar at the top, view places you've already searched for, or browse.
We are going to just search for hotels Paris. Tap "Search" to search.
Tap on "Sort" in the center of the bottom grey bar.
Now we can choose to have the saved places first. Tap on the switch on the right to turn it on, which will reload the results. The switch will be green when it is turned on.
Sort by "Ranking", which is the current option with the green checkmark. We can also sort by "Price (low to high), or "Price (high to low). We will choose "Price (low to high)".
Now, the cheapest results are at the beginning of the list.
To change it again, tap on "Sort" again and choose a different option. We will choose "Price (high to low)".
The most expensive hotels are now at the beginning of the list.
When we're happy, tap the back arrow in the top left corner until we arrive back to the page we began.
This concludes the tutorial on how to sort your search results in the TripAdvisor app on the iPhone 6. If you have any questions or comments, please post them in the comments section below. Thank you for watching VisiHow.
