You're watching VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show how to sort search results on the Gumtree application on iPhone 6.
Steps
1
To begin, unlock the phone
.
Either press the lock button on the side, or the home button at the bottom.
2
Swipe from left to right across the screen
.
3
Enter the passcode, or press a finger to the home button to use the fingerprint scanner
.
4
Find the Gumtree application
.
The icon has a tree in the center. Tap once to open up the app. It will automatically take us to the home screen, indicated by the green house in the bottom left corner.
5
Tap the search bar at the top of the screen
.
We illustrate how to search in Gumtree in another video. We will skip straight through by pressing on one of our recent searches to use an example. At the moment, we are looking for a one-bedroom flat in London.
6
Press "Sort Results" at the top of the search results
.
The checkmark next to "Date Descending" indicates that at the moment, our results are being sorted by the date. We can change this to "Price Ascending" or "Price Descending" or to "Distance Ascending".
7
We will tap "Price Descending". Our results now go from the most expensive to the least expensive. Repeat the process to change how the search results are sorted. The results page will update each time accordingly.
8
Press "Home" in the top left corner, or the green house icon in the bottom left corner
.
This takes us back to the screen where we began.
9
