   To start, unlock the phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen or the lock button on the right-hand side

   Once the lock screen is up, simply swipe and enter your passcode

   Alternatively, hold your finger onto the home button, which doubles as a fingerprint scanner, if you have that option enabled. This brings us to the home screen.

   Find the Booking.com application, which has a dark blue icon with a white "B" and a small light blue circle next to it

   Tap that to open the app, which will immediately take us to the main search screen and it will either have the default search here or what we last searched for.

   Tap on the left blue box, "Sort" with a thumbs up

   Here you can sort the results by the star rating, deals, review score, price (low to high), or the name in alphabetical order

   Just simply scroll until the one you want is in bold. In this case, it's "Price (low to high). Tap the blue bar in the middle which says "Done".

   In this example, the cheapest hotel in London is "Windsor Holiday Apartments"

   Scroll through and look at the price on the right-hand side in red and green which gradually gets more expensive as you scroll. If you're looking for something cheap, this is the best filter.

   To change the filter again, tap on "Sort" in the bottom left corner again and pick another filter
