Steps

    We need to open an existing document or creating a new one
    .
    Check the layer on the right-hand side and make sure to select the one we need to work with, if we have more than one.

    From the above menu, select "Filter" then "Stylize" and then "Solarize"

    As we can see that this is done, and a negative image is created or negative impression for parts of the image and not the entire image
    .
    This is actually for the fall ground or the highlighted parts of the image, and can have a really nice effect just like when printed with film.
