Nephew downloaded a game and now mobile is turning on but not going passed Samsung on screen?

If you are using a Samsung Galaxy phone, you can try to do a Hard Reset. With the phone powered off, press and hold power, home and volume up buttons together. At the recovery mode menu, select wipe data/Factory Reset option and then reboot when done.
