To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone

Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen

Swipe to the right to enter your passcode
.
As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.

Find the Groupon application icon, which is white with a green "G" inside of it, and tap on it once to open the application

This will take us to the featured page which is like the home page because it's showing the best deals at the moment in our location.

Tap on the three horizontal lines icon located in the top-left corner of the screen

This will open a new window.

Tap on "Log In/Sign Up" located underneath "GROUPON" at the top of the new window

This will look similar to the page we saw when we first downloaded the application.

Tap on the "Sign Up" button located at the bottom of the screen

Tap on "Full Name", "Email Address" and "Password" and type in the appropriate information for each section

Tap on the green "Sign Up" button once the information has been entered

We can read through the "Terms of Use" if we'd like to, and when we're ready to continue we'll tap on the green "Accept Terms" button at the bottom

As we can see, this takes us back to the screen where we started from.
