Sign Up to Vine Using Email on iPhone 6

You're watching VisiHow. In this video, I am going to show you how you can sign up to Vine using your email, on the Vine application on an iPhone 6.
Steps
- 1This button is located near the top, on the right-hand side of the device.To begin, we need to unlock our phone by pressing the Lock button.
- 2The button is located on the front of the phone, at the bottom center.Alternatively, we can press the Home button.
- 3We will then press down on the screen, and swipe to the right.
- 4This will take us to the Touch ID or Passcode screen, where we can choose to enter in our Passcode.
- 5We may also press and hold our finger to the Home button, this will activate the Touch ID sensor.
- 6This icon is turquoise, with a white "V" in the center. The word "Vine" will be written underneath.From the Home screen, we need to find the Vine application icon.
- 7We are now going to tap on the Vine application icon one time.
- 8Since we are not logged in, we will be taken to the page shown. Here we have the options to "Sign Up with Email", or "Log in with Twitter".This will open up the application for us.
- 9We are now going to tap on the green box, labeled "Sign Up with Email".
- 10This will take us to a new page, where we will enter in our name.
- 11This option will be written inside of a turquoise box.Once we have entered in our name, we will tap on "Next" in the top, right-hand corner.
- 12If we would like to select our profile photo now, we can tap on "Set photo".This will open a pop-up box for us, with the options "Skip" and "Set photo".
- 13For now, we are going to press on the left option, labeled "Skip".
- 14We will now be taken to a new screen, where we will enter our Email address and Password.
- 15However, this is optional so we do not have to enter it to continue.Once we have entered those in, we have the option to enter our Phone number.
- 16Once we are done, we are going to press "Next" in the top, right-hand corner.
- 17We will now be taken to a new list, allowing us to filter what we want to see.
- 18This is the very first option on this list.If we would like to uncheck all of these topics, we can tap the checkmark to the right of the "All featured posts" option.
- 19These will check all of the topics, meaning every featured post will come up on our News feed.If we would like to show all featured posts, we can simply tap the circle with a "+" inside of it to the right of "All featured posts" another time.
- 20We will now press the checkmark to the right of "All featured posts" another time, this will uncheck all of the options for us.
- 21We can select an option by tapping the circle with a "+" inside of it, to the right of each option. For example, we will select "Animals", "Art", "Comedy", "Music & Dance", and "DIY".We can then go through the topics, checking the ones we would like to see.
- 22When we are done selected, we will press "Next", located in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.
- 23We will have the option to "Cancel" or "Continue".A window will appear, giving us the option to upload our contacts to Vine.
- 24For now, we are going to tap on the left option, labeled "Cancel".
- 25We are then going to tap on "Next", in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.
- 26Although we are not connecting our account now, we will still have the option to do so later.This will bring us to a new screen, where we are going to top on "Next" once again, located in the top, right-hand corner.
- 27The black box on the screen is simply letting us know the app is loading.
- 28This is indicated by the white house icon, in the bottom, left-hand corner.Once the app has finished loading, it will take us to our Home page.
- 29As we can see, since we had selected "Animals" there are plenty of animal posts on our Home page. From here, we can continue on as we like with our new account.From the Home screen, we can scroll through to see the recent posts from the topics we previously followed.
