    To begin, open Finder

    Make sure you're in the list view by clicking the list view icon at the top of the finder window

    Then, right-click anywhere on the left-hand side of the Finder window

    Click "Show View Options"

    In the window that appears, make sure that the "Calculate all sizes" box is checked by clicking it once

    After checking the box, you can close the "Caches" window by clicking the red button in the top-left corner

    Now, there should be a "Size" column associated with each of the folders and files.
