Show Current Location on Microsoft Lumia 535

Hello and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show you how you can find your location using your Microsoft Lumia 535.
To begin, first turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right side of the phone.
Swipe up to get to the Home screen.
Now, there are two ways of finding your location. The first is using Cortana if you have Cortana activated on your phone. It should be activated normally if you live in the USA. If you don't live in the USA, then you can still activate it. To do so, you can find a video on this website to show you how to do that. So just search for that.
If it's activated, as it is here, I can press it, and we can use it to find our location.
The first thing we're going to do is press the microphone button at the bottom right corner of the screen. Then we're just going to ask Cortana what my location is.
As you can see, Cortana has found my location. There is a map here, and she has told me what I am near. She hasn't told me the exact street, but the map shows me more or less the street I am on.
We can press on the map to open up the map function. There we can see some more information.
The other alternative, if you don't have Cortana activated, is to go to Maps, and then it will show you your location.
If you have moved around, and it hasn't actually updated your location, press the circles button at the bottom of the screen. That will refresh your position. Obviously, I'm not moving, so it's not going to move. But it would refresh if you've moved.
This concludes our video on how to find your location using a Microsoft Lumia 535. You can do so through either Cortana or by using the Maps application. Thank you for watching VisiHow and goodbye.
