Edited by Kara, Leomar Umpad, Eng
Hello you are watching VisiHow, my name is Kara and in today's video, I will show you how to set up the percentage view on your (iPhone 4S) battery.
Steps
1
Right now if you can see, my phone is battery is very low
.
I would just like to know approximately how much more it's going to last me now; or when it's completely charged - it is just nice to know. This is what you do:
2
First of all, slide to unlock and go to the Settings
.
3
Settings is this grey little icon that looks like gears
.
Let's open the Settings.
4
Scroll down and go to the General
.
5
After you do that, you got to scroll down again and open the Usage section
.
6
Here is the Battery options
.
First, you press the Battery Percentage. You are just going to turn it on - here it is. It appears at the very top right corner of my screen next to the battery icon. Let's see closer.
7
As you can see, it shows 9% and if it is really charged obviously it will be more percent
.
That is just nice and and convenient to know. I prefer always to have it on rather than Off.
8
Let's go back again to the Usage
.
9
You can also check the Battery Usage
.
Usage and Standby is loading. In a minute, as soon as it loads, it will show you for how long and have you been using your phone.
10
Here it is, this is how much battery each of your application eats
.
In the last 24 hours, Home & Lock Screen ate a 26% of my battery. This option allows you to be able to close on applications that you are not using in order to save up battery.
11
You can also view Last 7 Days
.
As you can see Facebook ate the most of the battery obviously because it has been a used a lot more than other applications.
12
13
If you want to turn the Battery Percentage off, you got to (tap on the button) to turn it off
.
14
There is no numbers, no percentage next to your battery sign
.
Let's turn it on as I prefer it on.
15
When you go to your Home screen you can see the percentage and when you lock your screen as well - 8% of the battery which is very low
.
16
Thanks for watching VisiHow, if you have any more question on how to use your iPhone, computer or any other tech item
.
Please leave them in the section below. Thank you and goodbye!
