Shoot Videos on Canon T4i

You're watching VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show how to film a video clip using the Canon T4i (650D) camera.
Steps
1
Make sure that the power switch is set to the video camera icon
.
The position of the switch should be at the top, above the word "ON". This switch is located to the right of the mode dial. You will see a preview on the display screen.

Press the shutter-release button
.
On the display, you will receive a message telling you to press the movie-shooting button to activate recording of a video.

Press the movie-shooting button
.

Now, half-press the shutter-release button to focus on an object
.
You can tap on the object on the display too.

Then, once the lens is focused, press the movie-shooting button again to begin recording a video
.

Press the movie shooting button once more to stop recording the video
.

You can view the video by pressing the playback button at the lower-right corner of the display
.

Then, press the "SET" button to playback the clip
.
You can also tap the play button on the display.
