Share an Advert from Gumtree on iPhone 6

You're watching VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show you how you can share an advert from the Gumtree application on the iPhone 6.
Steps
- 1Either press the lock button on the side, or the home button at the bottom.To begin, unlock the phone.
- 2Swipe from left to right across the screen.
- 3Enter the passcode, or press a finger to the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
- 4The icon is white with a tree on it. Tap once to open it up. It will automatically take us to our home page, which is indicated by the green house icon in the bottom left corner. We can search using the search bar at the top, or we can browse the adverts on the home page by scrolling.Find the Gumtree icon.
- 5We need to make sure that we have the information up about whichever advert we want to share. The page has the picture, the details, the contact details, and so on. Then we go to the bottom right-hand corner.Tap on an advert's thumbnail.
- 6Tapping on it brings up a new window, where we can share through a variety of different methods. First, we'll show Message, which is the green icon with a message bubble on it.Tap the icon that looks like a line with an arrow pointing up.
- 7It brings up a "New Message" window. It has composed a text message for us with a title and a link to the advert.Tap Messages.
- 8We can add more information if we want.Tap on the message.
- 9We have to add a recipient. We can type one in if we like.Press on the "To:" field near the top of the screen.
- 10It is shaped like a plus sign in a circle. This is the other way to add a recipient. It brings up the "All Contacts" list, and we can quickly scroll through or use the letter menu on the right-hand side to skip to a section.Press on the icon on the right side of the "To:" field.
- 11Tap a name to select a contact as the recipient.
- 12It is on the right-hand side of the message.Press "Send" when ready.
- 13Another way that we can share an advert is via Mail. The icon is blue with an envelope on it.Press the icon in the bottom right corner again.
- 14This will do the same thing as Messages, but it composes an email instead. Again, we have our introductory sentence, our links to the actual advert, and then a Gumtree signature and some Gumtree information.Tap on Mail.
- 15We can delete or add whatever we like, just as we would any other email. Our subject has been added already.Tap on the message.
- 16Add a recipient as normal.Tap on "To:".
- 17Press "Send" in the top right-hand corner.
- 18Finally, we have the option to share via Facebook. The icon features the recognizable Facebook logo.Press the icon in the bottom right corner.
- 19It will bring up a Facebook post. We need to have Facebook on the phone, and we should be logged in with the app. Then it can post directly if it has permission. Again, the message has the link and a little thumbnail of the picture.Tap once on Facebook.
- 20We can edit our album if we like.Press "Album".
- 21We can edit our location if we like, and if those services are turned on.Press "Location".
- 22We can edit our audience. For this demonstration, we will tap "Only Me".Press "Audience".
- 23Tap the desired audience option.
- 24We will say "Hello".Add any extra information needed.
- 25That's posted on Facebook.Press "Post" in the top right-hand corner.
- 26Scroll up so it updates, and we're back to where we began.Press "Home" in the top left-hand corner.
