Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to share a post using the Tumblr application on the iPhone 6.

To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone

Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen

Swipe to the right to enter your passcode
.
As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.

Find the Tumblr icon, which is blue with a white "T" inside of it, and tap it once to open the application

It will automatically take us to the dashboard which is where it shows us different things depending on the people that we follow.

Open the post that we'd like to share, and tap on the three horizontal dots icon located in the white bar underneath the post

This will open a window where we have the option to share via "Message", "Mail", "Facebook", and "Twitter". The formats are very similar, so we're only going to do 2 examples.

First, tap on "Mail", which is indicated by the blue button with the envelope on it
.
The format for this is very similar to the format for sharing via "Message" which will just open a message instead. As we can see, it's started to compose a new email for us and it's added a subject, the option to open the post, and it shows us how many notes there are and gives us the option to re-blog.

Tap on the blank space beside "To:" to add our recipient as we would any other email

When we're finished, we'll tap on "Send" located in the top-right corner of the screen

This will send the email. This is the same for sharing via "Message" as well.

Tap on the "Facebook" icon, which is blue with a white "f" inside of it

This example will show us the format for both Facebook and Twitter. Twitter is very much the same as this example.

Type in whatever it is we'd like to say

We can tap beside the word "Location" to choose a location if we'd like to

We can tap beside the word "Audience" to change who can view our post

In this example, we'll choose the option "Only Me"
.
There are plenty of other options we can choose from. The only difference with this and Twitter is that when we're sharing via Twitter, we will have a word count above the word "Location".

Once we're finished, we will tap on "Post" located in the top-right corner of the screen

This will post to Facebook.
