Share Web Links in SMS When Using Microsoft Lumia 535

Hello and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show you how to share a web link in a message when using a Microsoft Lumia 535.
Steps
- 1To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button, which is located on the right-hand side of the phone.
- 2Now swipe the lock screen up and it takes you to the home screen.
- 3My Internet Explorer tile is here on the home screen. Find yours and press it.We need to access Internet Explorer now to find a website.
- 4Now we have entered the Internet Explorer application.
- 5At the bottom, we have the browse and search box.
- 6We're going to keep it simple and we're just going to look for the BBC.
- 7Find that and now we're going to choose the first article we find just because it's the easiest to give you a demonstration.
- 8Here we have a video showing you moments from the Everest avalanche in the recent earthquake in Nepal.
- 9As you can see, there is a text box at the bottom with the web address.What we want to do is share this with a friend via a message.
- 10It's going to bring up the keyboard and it's also going to highlight the whole box in blue.If we press down on it.
- 11What we're going to do is press on that box again.
- 12Now you can see in the corner just above the box to the side, a white circle with 2 pieces of paper has appeared.It needs to be blue, so don't press anything else on that screen.
- 13We are going to press that icon as it is the copy option.
- 14Now we have copied the link.
- 15What we're going to do now is go back to the home screen by pressing the home button, which is the Windows button at the bottom center part of the screen.
- 16You'll go back to the home screen.
- 17We will press the message tile. Mine's located toward the top of my home screen. Locate yours and press it.We want to send this in a message.
- 18We are going to press the "+" sign at the bottom of the messaging screen to create a new message.
- 19We have the address here at the top.Here we have the message application.
- 20We are going to find a contact by pressing the "+" button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- 21He is very interested in news and current affairs.We are going to choose Stan.
- 22That is the paste button.Now, as you can see, there is a white circle here, which is a white outline just above the letters.
- 23By pressing the paste button, we are going to paste the link that we just copied.
- 24As you can see, we've now pasted the link to the article about the Everest avalanche in Nepal.
- 25We can then write some text explaining why we are sending it in the message and then we're going to press the send button, which is the icon at the bottom left-hand corner that looks like an envelope in motion.
